Nice. Would also like the pdf wth more things to order in restaurants..and maybe add some scenarios about what to expect back from the other person.

So many foods missing from the list... seafood noodles, fried rice, crab dishes, desserts...

I guess you meant 水煮魚(shuǐ zhǔ yú).

It is not a kind of soup, we eat slices of fish, but don't drink the soup.

I also really like spicy Szechuan fish soup, but I've never eaten that in the UK. I can't remember the name of it in Chinese though! Do you know the dish that I mean? It's full of chillies and can look a bit scary when they bring it to the table, but it has a deliciously fragrant flavor.

In Chinese restaurants, there are many foods for vegetarians.

Also, we make foods only by vegetables at home.

As vegetable saute, mushroom foods...

In China, vegetable is cheeper than meat, so vegetables are the main food in China.
