Can anyone tell me how to say it in Chinese? and Happy Heart's Day too..

Umm, well since we don´t have new year here, I will say Happy ned year for those in China

At least I can say Happy Valentine to everyone.

AngelB, here's how to say things phrases:

Wishing you a Happy Valentine's Day:
祝你新年快乐！
zhù nǐ xīnnián kuàilè!

Happy Valentines Day:
情人节快乐！
qíngrénjié kuàilè!

Here's another New Year's Greeting that I heard my wife use:

万事如意
wàn shì rúyì

Basically means: "May everything go your way" (literally: "everything as desired")
