I'd really like to know what the message says, and more importantly if any private information was sent in this message. As far as I can tell, the numbers didn't carry any personal data related to me (I still didn't include them in case they did). I really need to know what the message says.

In other words my address has been misused to send spam. That's just dandy. I'm still getting back emails about failed deliveries.
