I have been trying what seems to be an awesome little mouse hover translator...Lingoes. Somehow I was able to install a dictionary, but it is not displaying pinyin. I have found out by an old post in some obscure forum that "Vicon C-E" will display pinyin.....but now I cannot for the life of me get it to install.
Anyone else using Lingoes? Gosh I will be so thankful to get this to work, I am frustrated with my other one I have used for years (MDBG) and really want to get Lingoes working and displaying pinyin! Yes, pinyin is still a crutch for me.....
