Expansion with Audio

Hi, I am having problems with the "expansion with audio" section on all lesson....the page does not seem to load, everything just hangs up.

Any ideas?

Hey John,

Sounds like a browser issue. Can you let us know what browser you're using so we can test using a similar setup?

David, I am using Internet Explorer 7, running Windows XP...

David, sorry to mislead you...it is only some lessons where the expansion with audio does not load...for instance Elementary Series 1 lessons 2 to 5. There may be other lessons with the same problem. However some lessons sre ok....this seems to suggest the problem may be at your end rather than mine.

Hey John,

Thanks for the follow-up... we were having trouble nailing this down. I'll have our team look at those lessons today. The first elementary lessons were put up right when we started out and were still getting used to the ropes. So likely an issue we can fix on this end.

David, it is very frustrating , today 13/05/2010 on Elementary Lessons S1 Lessons 1 to 5 I cannot get any notes... this may affect many more lessons, but I don't want to spend all night finding out. I hope you can sort it out!

Zhouli, i still have the problems with this page - it seems as if the page cannot be dowmloaded and my PC sits there waiting for something that will not come. For intance today (friday) Beginner lessons S1 lesson 32 loads and works ok, but 28, 29, 30, and 31 won't load. Line by line audio and Vocab with audio are fine.....

Zhouli, just to clarify the situation. Today, (may 17) Expansion Audio works on the Absolute Beginners lesson 20, but on Elementary S1 Lesson 5 the page hangs up after the screen has loaded, none of the play buttons will work. After 20 minutes it is still waiting ...hope you can help.

We're having trouble replicating. I've reported this as an issue with our tech team and hope we'll be able to get them to take a look in the enxt few days. Sorry for the inconvenience but thanks for your help tracking this down. We'll do our best to figure it out.
