Error Opening File

I usually play a lesson in pop up every morning and for some reason today none of the lessons will load. It starts to work and says "buffering" but then after a few seconds it says "error opening file". I tried to open as MP3 then and I get the message that I normally get when a web site is being blocked....why isn't anything opening?
