下周六是我们的十周年同学聚会。 (Xià zhōu liù shì wǒmen de shí zhōunián tóngxué jùhuì.) "Next Saturday is our 10 year class reunion."
聚会 (Jùhuì) can refer to the reunion with your family or with your classmates or with your friends. So for “family reunion”, 家庭聚会 (jiātíng jùhuì); for friends’ reunion, 朋友聚会 (péngyǒu jùhuì); for classmates reunion 同学聚会 (tóngxué jùhuì).

So 联欢会 (lián huān huì) means "party", but recently, the young people do not use this word. They just use party so they don’t really use 联欢会 (lián huān huì), but if you use 联欢会 (lián huān huì), we still understand it.

小丽正忙着准备生日派对的客人名单。 (Xiǎo Lì zhèng mángzhe zhǔnbèi shēngrì pàiduì de kèrén míngdān.) "Xiao Li is busy preparing the guest list for her birthday party."
