| Michael: In this lesson, you’ll learn how to get around a conference center. The conversation takes place at an exhibition center. |
| Dehua: It's between Linda and the receptionist. |
| Michael: The speakers are employee and customer, therefore, they will speak formal Chinese. Okay, let's listen to the conversation. |
