你好 Ugin,
Thank you for posting about this. We are sorry to hear you find it challenging. Please note that this is absolute beginner, as it does not contain any tough grammar, hard vocabulary or long and complicated dialogue. While we understand it might contain many new words and that's why you perceive it hard but don't forget: without challenge, there is no improvement. 😉
If you are entirely new to Chinese and have no experience with the language at all, I suggest you start with the very basics: the alphabet and how to read and write Chinese. There is a whole series dedicated to the alphabet and learning how to write, so please consider starting there: https://www.chineseclass101.com/chinese-alphabet/. Another series that is worth watching really early in your Chinese learning is our pronunciation-related lessons: https://www.chineseclass101.com/lesson-library/pronunciation/.
You will then be able to start building up your knowledge systematically, one after the other lesson. Hope this helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!

It would be good to have a loop button on the audio.
Hello Isabel,
Thank you for your comment.
It's the common speed as Chinese people speak.
Even it takes time, I think you can get used to it. Practice is rewarding.

These lessons are very useful. I can't follow the dialog at this speed, but it sure is great for practice!
