One phrase that was hard to miss was
光景盖子guānjǐn gàizi "secure the lid".

Frank, I didn't recall seeing any cilantro in any of the
recipes!

It's lovely

I don't know if you have tried to cook some Chinese food at home. I love to cook some simple dishes at home when I have time. Like fry tomato and egg, eggplant, or some noodle. I find that if you can follow some certain process, cooking those simple dishes are very easy.

I use VitaMix for smoothies and ice cream. I haven't tried it for actual dishes.

Straight out cooking -- last week I made 宫保鸡丁 and 咖喱鸡。
对宫保鸡丁我儿子说：“Almost restaurant quality". 我非常高兴！

咖喱鸡也不措！

但是我太太不喜欢辣菜。
