Yes! I don't think you'll find a book in Shanghai that isn't carried in 上海书城 on 福州路。
If you start from the top of 福州路 at its intersection of 西藏路 (aka Tibet road) and walk East (toward the bund) you'll find lots of bookshops (and art shops for some reason).
That used to be my neighbourhood in Shanghai! I used to live right opposite 上海书城。Just talking about it makes me miss 上海.
