Hi Adam

When ordering, 点菜 [diǎn cài] is more common than 点餐[diǎn cān], and also it's more recognizable and easier to be voiced. 点餐 is more official than 点菜。

支票 [zhīpiào] is 'check', but you hardly need it in China, so you don't have to learn it, at least not now(intermediate level).

Thanks for learning with us.

Well paced lesson. Example sentences would be nice, though.

Why so many inconsistencies with other lesson vocabulary? Should I say 'diancan' or 'diancai' when I order? 'Zhipiao' or 'Zhejiang' for check? The Dictionary is no help as it gives no explanations and few examples.
