Damon: And welcome to Culture Class: Essential Chinese Vocabulary, Lesson 21! In this lesson you'll learn five essential words related to transportation and around town. Damon: In China, the subway was first introduced to Beijing and has become a common means of transportation in big cities. Beijing Subway's flat fare is 2 RMB or 2 Yuan per ride with free transfers, which is the lowest among all subway systems in China.
